Everyone tend to say opinions about how gay communities should behaved and how to express their personal ideas of what is life and what is society on their own ways. As the world is not convince and has remained conservative on its shallow way, judgmental minds and a crocodile eyes are lurking around to bully, prejudge and of course to stay against gay community on expressing the freedom that they have longed for. And this happened to my friend Jeff.

Jeff is an open gay, has proclaimed it to the whole world that "he is gay." His family are quite accepting to  this matter, without hatred and prejudging attitude Jeff was dearly accepted  wholeheartedly. For Jeff it is the best moment of his life, being accepted by his family and to celebrate the freedom that he has longed for. To be free and to love with his the same sexuality. But his struggle has never end there.

While busy buying food for his family, he was approached by somebody whom he recalled as not familiar to him and abruptly bullied and yelled. The lady told him such morbid lines and even pin pointed him as delirious self proclaimed gay, and that he is a sinister in this town. Almost everyone in the market watched him left teary eyed, shaking and gasping for air. He felt so ashamed and down.

He never tell the happenings to his family and had remained mum about the issue. He is a Muslim, as per Jeff being a gay on their society is a huge dealings that would put him and his family in danger.  Might be his family accepted him dearly but the conservativism  attitude of the society that he is in can brought him to danger or worse comes to worst his death. And Jeff has created a very well written blog about gays and how they skirmish life and battled for their respective rights live and the freedom that they should fairly obtained. Check it out!

But Jeff is destined to change the view of gays on his community. He is now a head of a "Non Government Organization" fighting for gay rights in his town. And that Jeff happily ever after. A proud and dignified gay advocate.

Since 1991, the Metropolitan Community Church Philippines has officiated what it calls holy unions of same-sex couples who want sacred sanction of their commitment to their relationship.
Not a different reason from the more common heterosexual church marriages, it would seem. But when same-sex couples were joined in holy union in Baguio City a few days ago, a Catholic bishop said on television that they were “abnormal” and had “mental problems” and that the government should declare same-sex marriages as illegal.

Now the very concepts of “normality” and “legality” are slippery slopes, with shifting definitions depending on who is doing the defining, and they have historically led to some really bad things.
Remember when women were less than normal human beings who were irrational, emotional, and therefore, could not be allowed to vote?

Television director Ricky Rivero thought he was having a nightmare. He woke up morning of June 13 and Ivan Ruiz was on top of him, stabbing him continuously.
They struggled with each other, and when Rivero got the chance to grab Ruiz's wrist, he pinned him down the bed. The rage coming from Ruiz slowly subsided.
Rivero got the chance to overpower Ruiz and drove himself to the hospital. He survived despite the 17 stab wounds he sustained.
In an interview with TV host Boy Abunda two weeks after the incident, Rivero recalled that Ruiz, an acquaintance with whom he had casual sex relations, was full of rage and his eyes were full of anger when he was stabbing him.
Asked if he considers it a "hate crime", Rivero said he can't be sure but considering what transpired, it seems it's "leaning towards... yes, it's a hate crime."
Hate crimes generally refer to criminal acts that are seen to have been motivated by bias against persons belonging to a certain social group, usually defined by race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, social status or political affiliation.

How many of us living in this world, with different races different upbringing and with different view about homosexuality or better known as gay. Seven continents we have, with a different view of  what is gay, and how we perceived and understand their capabilities and of course their weaknesses. In these seven continents, let's view how homosexual riffraff being treated and and how they being perceived.

In this world which conservative type of people lurks, we cannot deny the fact that they gave such comments and words that have been thrown to homosexual people- I described it as "horrendous"! Indeed it is, we cannot deny that some of the countries even in the western hemisphere still ashamed of having someone in the family who is gay. Around the world it is rampant, common as we can see by the naked eyes.

United States of America and other Western countries are known on being conservative and close minded when talking about "same sex married".

Note: Texas is one of the 29 states that gays can be refused  service!  How rude? In USA only 6 states ban discrimination against gays in adoption of foster/parenting. But this video is actually scripted and the rude waitress was just following the script.

I was mesmerized how creative and brilliant the minds of people who created this event. It never centered just on one sexuality, one chosen belief, one chosen life to live, but it works to lift up every spirit, every sexual preference of a person who exists on this world. The Pink Dot is an event that celebrates the freedom to love.

"Organised by a pool of Singaporean volunteers, Pink Dot campaigns for diversity, inclusiveness, and works to foster understanding for the basic human need to love and be loved, regardless of oneʼs sexual orientation."
